Senior Consultant

Sarah-jane is a Senior Consultant in Public Affairs and Communications at Shearwater Global, specializing in digital communications strategy, campaigns, and advocacy. She is also Director of the voluntary campaign organisation, Digital Tories. With extensive experience advising businesses, charities, and political figures, she has led impactful campaigns and lobbying efforts across national and local levels.

She previously worked for several MP's and an MEP turned Peer, including former technology ministers and a trade envoy. She has also previously been an advisor on the successful leadership campaign of a now former Prime Minister, and more recently on the campaign of a former Foreign and Home Secretary.

Siobhan is GCVA co-chair of the executive board and a commercial lawyer with a focus on the gift card, e-money and payment services sector.   She advises on business strategy, new product structure, business expansion, formulating procedures, regulatory conundrums and contracts (B2B and B2C).

Chair - BVCNL

Sr. Manager Operations at Blackhawk Network and Chair of the BVCNL since April 2024 (board member since 2020), and currently leading the Law and Regulation Committee, focusing on compliance and governance initiatives that impact the gift card industry.
